Retail Warehouse Park refurbishment

Acting for Norwich Property Trust, Redbourn have been instructed to refurbish this existing Retail Park located immediately adjoining the M40.

Comprising the re-modeling of the existing units, re-cladding, introduction of brickwork, new entrances, mezzanines, and widespread environmental enhancements, including additional landscaping, car park enhancements and signage.

Planning permission for the refurbishment proposals has been granted by Wycombe District Council, including an extension to the Homebase Garden Centre.  Work is expected to start in 2007/08.
