One of the Company's primary areas of activity is in the development of non-food edge/out of town retail warehousing. Redbourn has an extensive knowledge and appreciation of the retailers' requirements and this enables the Company to identify and design schemes to match those requirements, whether as new-build, redevelopments or refurbishments.
