Retail Warehouse Development

Redbourn are appointed by Pendragon PLC as development partner for the creation of a new Retail Development in Solihull . The site currently operates, as a number of car dealerships, and the scheme proposes the demolition and clearance of existing site, and construction of 45,000 sq ft of new retail floor space.

The site is in a high profile location thus requiring a significantly high aesthetic within the design, and the scheme also encompasses improved site access, car parking & landscaping.

Outline planning permission was obtained in October 2004, and works are due to commence in October 2005, for completion in May 2007.
