Acting for MFI Properties Ltd, Redbourn were appointed as Tenants Agent to monitor the development of this new unit in the next phase of the Cambridge Retail Park by Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
MFI relocated within the scheme, from an existing 20,000 sq ft to a new 20,000 sq ft unit in September 2004.
