The Cuckoo Bridge Retail Park, Dumfries was completed speculatively by J Sainsbury Developments in early 2001 following which MFI Properties Ltd agreed to lease one of the units on this newly developed park.

Unfortunately, the unit was not configured in a suitable manner to enable MFI's shopfit and Redbourn was instructed to project manage the necessary works to the unit shell.

Operating to a tight programme, works commenced in November 2001 and practical completion was achieved prior to Christmas 2001. MFI's shopfit commenced on the 2nd January 2002.
