Retail Warehouse New Build

Acting for MFI Properties Ltd, Redbourn were appointed as Tenants Agent to monitor the development of this new build retail warehouse scheme being constructed by Pillar Properties Ltd.

MFI occupied a 14,500 sq ft within the scheme.  Work commenced in February 2004 and the unit was completed in September 2004.
