Distribution Centre Development

In 1998 Redbourn Group was instructed by MFI Properties Ltd to carry out a national site search to identify locations for the development of a series of 66,000 sq ft Delivery Centres (Class B8 Storage & Distribution Warehouses) to complement their existing distribution network.

Having identified a number of sites, Redbourn then undertook the development programme, both as developer and project manager for MFI.

In total 8 new sites were identified in:

	Aldershot
	Avonmouth
	Castle Donnington (Nottingham)
	Glasgow
	Leeds
	Sidcup
	Warrington
	West Bromwich

Planning permission for each was sought and obtained by Redbourn, who also managed the developments during the period 1998-2000.
