Retail Warehouse Development - Tenants Agent

As part of their business expansion plans, MFI UK Ltd agreed to take a lease on a new  25,000 sqft (2322 sqm) unit in Kilmarnock which was developed by Progressive Properties. 

Subsequently, MFI have decided that a sublet unit of 5,000 sqft (464.5 sqm) should be created to permit them to trade from a unit of 20,000 sqft (1858 sqm), with the smaller unit subsequently being let to Durham Pine.

Acting on behalf of MFI, Redbourn was instructed to agree the detail of the specification to which both units were to be constructed, and to liaise with the developer’s team, during the construction, to ensure that MFI’s interests are protected at all times.

Practical completion took place in August 2002 and MFI commenced trading immediately thereafter.
