Retail Warehouse Park Refurbishment

Redbourn were appointed by Lattice Pension Scheme as development partners to refurbish this existing 100,000 sq ft retail warehouse park. Originally comprising 6 units the proposals see the re-cladding and upgrading of all external elevations, a re-configuration of the units to create 7 units, a new access to Derby Road, a reconfiguration of the car park and enhanced landscaping. In addition a new Pizza Hut restaurant is included within the scheme and other features include CCTV for security and new lighting throughout.

Following the securing of a range of planning consents for the refurbishment of the park, including additional features, works commenced on site in October 2003 and were completed in the summer of 2004.
