Redbourn have been appointed by Morley Fund Management as development partners in respect to land at Burlington Road. The intent is a redevelopment of the existing site for a mixed retail/residential scheme.

HARPENDEN - RUGBY CLUB January 2007

Acting for the Harpenden Rugby Club and with their existing consultant, Malcolm Taylor Associates, Planning Permission has been obtained from St Albans City & District Council for the development of a Leisure Centre (including squash courts, gym, swimming pool and other facilities) plus two all weather pitches and floodlighting together with the refurbishment of existing facilities on a green belt site.

HIGH WYCOMBE - KNAVES BEECH RETAIL PARK April 2006

Acting for Norwich Property Trust, Redbourn Group secured planning permission for an extension to the existing Homebase Garden Centre. This compliments the planning permission obtained in May 2005 for the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the retail park.

POOLE - NUFFIELD TRADE CENTRE 4 January 2006

Rok have been appointed as main contractor for the development of a B1, B2 & B8 and Trade Counter scheme at Nuffield Road, Poole. Works are to commence on 16 January 2006 with completion in July 2006.

Delancy and Redbourn have secured planning permission from Wigan Council for the refurbishment of the existing retail scheme at Chapel Lane, Wigan.
