Office Development

Redbourn acquired this plot, previously known as 'Site P', Brackmills Distribution Park from English Partnerships in May 2003 to construct a 23,800 sq ft Office building to be occupied by Howdens Joinery Ltd. Planning permission for the development was secured from Northampton Borough Council in April 2003 and work commenced on site immediately after site acquisition.

Occupying a key corner location within the Park, the building was been designed to compliment surrounding development, whilst introducing a high specification of accommodation with architectural flare and incorporating a high standard of landscaping.

Practical completion occurred in October 2003.
