Although not specifically an office space developer, Redbourn as part of its Development Management function frequently identifies opportunities where sites have office space potential. On these occasions, the Company will either secure the relevant approvals or the allocation of a site through the Local Plan process.

Additionally, the Company also carries out physical developments on behalf of clients, often involving the full spectrum of Development Management functions, including site identification, procurement, planning, project management and development.
