Retail Warehouse Park Refurbishment

Redbourn were appointed as development partner by IBM UK Pensions Trust for the complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing Retail Park at Manchester Road. The proposals include a revised centrally located access, reconfiguration of car-park, landscaping, improved lighting and CCTV. The development will result in a new park layout focused upon a new 50,000 sq ft Focus Wickes unit with other tenants including MFI, Carpetright and Halfords.
