Call Centre Development 

Located at Wayfarer Road, Sunderland, Redbourn obtained, in early 2001, planning permission from Sunderland Metropolitan Borough Council for a 22,500 sq ft Call Centre, to accommodate 200 employees. 

Construction of the building commenced in October 2001 and Practical Completion occurred on the 11 April 2002.

The building has been pre-let to MFI who will be expanding and consolidating their Sunderland operations at the site.
