Retail Warehouse Refurbishment and Extension

Acting for Strathclyde Pension Fund, Redbourn were appointed as Planning Consultants for the £3.5 million reconfiguration/refurbishment of the 115,000 sqft Tunnel Estate Retail Park located at the Lakeside Regional Shopping Centre.

Applications were submitted and approved by Thurrock Borough Council for the complete refurbishment of this first generation retail park and, the provision of a 'left-in' access from West Thurrock Way.
