Retail Warehouse Development

Acting as Planning Consultants and Project Managers, Redbourn Group completed the development of the Bridge Retail Park, located adjacent to Hele Road, a scheme comprising 40,000 sq ft of retail floor space in two units. The planning consent obtained included the erection of a Class A3 Fast Food outlet carried out by McDonalds.

Completed in September 2000, the two units are occupied by MFI (UK) Ltd and Staples (UK) Ltd.
