The company has, over the past few years, become increasingly active in the development of Class B1 office and Class B8 (Storage & Distribution) warehouses.

No one job is the same. Office development has included Call Centres as well as Head Office facilities and Redbourn have also acted as enablers, identifying opportunities, negotiating with land owners and securing the appropriate designation with the relevant Development Plan.

As a Warehouse developer, Redbourn has been involved in both large units and smaller units which incorporate ancillary trade space. Additionally, they have established Distribution Parks, particularly in the Northampton area.

The firm also acts as Planning Consultants and Project Managers to Howdens Joinery Ltd and has been involved with every depot established by them in the United Kingdom.
