Retail Warehouse Refurbishment and Sub-division

Acting for MFI Properties Ltd, Redbourn were appointed as Project Managers to organise and supervise the refurbishment of the former Currys unit located on the Gallagher Retail Park, adjoining Junction 9 of the M6.

Worked commenced on site in September 2001 and included repairs to the existing floor-slab, roof and cladding, together with the provision of two new canopy entrances and a new party wall, to create a second unit. Works were completed in December 2001 with MFI UK Ltd occupying the larger unit, with one of their new Conran Design concept stores and, Carpetright Plc the smaller unit.
