Retail Warehouse redevelopment

Acting for MFI Properties Ltd, Redbourn were appointed as Tenants Agent to monitor the redevelopment of this existing retail park to include a new unit of 15,000 sqft for MFI.

Works commenced on site in April 2005, with MFI trading from a temporary Retail Village (Portacabin). MFI are expected to commence trading from their new unit in December 2005.
